Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a dynamic organization of young people preparing for success as leaders in business, government, and communities. Our mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. FBLA offers a variety of meetings that promote leadership development. Whether at the district, state, regional, or national level, participating in FBLA conferences offers members the opportunity to form useful and lasting networks. FBLA isn't just another student group—it gives you the competitive edge through career exploration, self-improvement, and community service opportunities.
